Manhattan Beach is also conveniently located a quick 15min from LAX and 30-45min from downtown LA, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and many other big name cities of Los Angeles.

Also one of the most affluent communities in Los Angeles county. With single family home prices averaging over 4.9 million dollars in the Sand Section. An old home that is to be torn down sold for 21 million on The Strand in 2017. Real Estate values are expected to continue a steady climb due to unbalanced high demand from all over the world and the small Sand Section of town only contains ~5,600 total housing units. As an example a South of pier home on The Strand sold for 1.3 million in 1991. That home was rebuilt & remodeled and sold in 2021 for 19.2 million. Nearly a 1,400% gain. The city of Manhattan Beach is very small by any standard and nearly everyone wishes to live as close to the beach as possible.

Hermosa Beach

A very small classic So-Cal beach town squeezed between Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach.

One of the smallest beach towns in the nation.

A beach town with only 1.4 square miles of total land area but with an incredible 500ft wide well manicured white sand beach. Hermosa Beach is a prime destination for beach goers, surfers and volley ball players as the AVP tours its beaches in July.

Hermosa Pier

World famous and visited by 100's of millions

North End

Real estate has become extremely desirable in this area well North of Pier Ave

Expect many more newer & nicer homes but also some higher prices. Average home prices for the past year have been over 3.7 million.

South End

the last pocket area of psuedo affordable for classic beach living.

With an average home price still well above 2.1 million this is still an affluent area but is considered much more affordable when compared to Hermosa's North End and much more than Manhattan Beach.

Redondo Beach

The larger of the 3 beach towns and home to that classic Southern California vibe.

Redondo Beach has the classic So-Cal vibe you remember.

From a walk down the Boardwalk to relaxing on the pier to strolling along The Esplanade with beautiful views of Palos Verdes peninsula this is the classic So-Cal vibe you remember.
